1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Study Ahead mobile application (referred to as "the App") or accessing the related website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease using our services.

For users under the age of 18 (minors), these terms must be reviewed and accepted by a parent or legal guardian prior to installation.

2. Scope of Service & Eligibility

Study Ahead is an educational revision aid designed for students in Classes 5 through 12. We provide bite-sized, gamified academic quizzes, study progress statistics, and explanations.

The services are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the App (including quiz libraries, categories, and grade levels) at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials within the App, including but not limited to the quiz questions, multiple-choice options, Revision Facts, text copy, graphic designs, icons, brand logos, code base, and structural layouts, are the exclusive intellectual property of Study Ahead, co-founded by Jitendra Chadar and Krishna Kumar Vishwakarma.

Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, extract, reproduce, republish, crawl, or scrape any portion of our quiz databases or educational content for use in other commercial or non-commercial study apps, websites, or competitive products without written authorization from us.

5. Academic & Performance Disclaimer

While our quizzes are crafted with care by educators to align with NCERT and standard Indian board school curricula, Study Ahead is provided as a revision aid only.

We do not guarantee that the content will be error-free or that completing our modules will ensure passing grades, specific marks, or success in competitive or school examinations. Users are encouraged to verify critical facts using official textbooks and school resources.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Study Ahead and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any data loss (including study history and streaks) caused by hardware malfunction, operating system updates, or device resets.
• Errors or inaccuracies in quiz content.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the App solely for legal, educational, and constructive purposes. You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Inject malware, automate bot scripts, or interfere with our Supabase cloud database assets.
• Use the App in any manner that could impair or overburden our network infrastructure.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this App or Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located where the founders reside.
