Privacy & Offline Data Note
Because Study Ahead is an offline-first app, your profile data, class selections, streaks, and quiz histories are stored strictly on your local device storage. We do not host your personal metrics on external cloud servers. Therefore, data deletion can be performed instantly and securely by you directly from within the App.
How to delete your Study Ahead profile data:
Open App
Launch the Study Ahead app on your device.
Profile Tab
Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll Down
Scroll to the Account Management section.
Reset Data
Tap Reset Profile Data to wipe all local files.
What gets deleted?
When you execute the Reset Profile Data command inside the App, the local database on your phone is completely wiped. This action is non-reversible and immediately deletes:
- Your username, selected class level, and gender profile.
- Your total XP currency balance.
- Your current daily study streak counters.
- Your comprehensive quiz performance histories.
Manual Deletion Assistance
If you have uninstalled the App and wish to confirm that any remote analytical identifiers related to your installation are purged, or if you face any issues while resetting your profile, you can request technical support directly.
